My name is Hannah and I live in beautiful Western Massachusetts where I work as a Data Analyst. I also love bread. I started this blog in college many years ago and claimed in this page that I was going to “bake bread until my fingers bleed”. Well I’ve learned a lot since then, and my goals have fortunately changed. I realized that making bread for the purpose of keeping up with a schedule and maintaining restrictions set only by myself is not particularly fulfilling. I took a long hiatus to live my life but people never stopped asking me about it, which is so sweet, and I decided that it would be fun to get back at it and put everything that I’ve learned into words. Honestly, it’s partially a selfish act because I just want a place where I can go to find all of the recipes I’ve made. If I had a dollar for every delicious thing I’ve produced that I could never reproduce because I didn’t write down the recipe I’d be rich.
The most important factors in making bread are mindfulness, patience, and intentionality. That’s what I hope to convey here and I hope you enjoy these recipes and that you learn something along the way!
Hi, Hannah,
Your dad just showed me your blog and I think that’s the greatest idea to make bread, sell it to students, and donate the money to a homeless shelter. You’re so cool!
